Red Sea Diving College - Sharm el Sheikh

The Red Sea College, also operating the Red Sea Waterworld Dive Centres at the Hyatt Regency and Ritz Carlton hotels in Sharm, together with the Red Sea Waterworld in Taba Heights, are probably the best known name in Egypt in the diving business.

4 times winners of the ‘Best Diving Centre' in the annual Diver Magazine awards (the Scuba Oscars), a PADI 5* Instructor Development Centre (IDC), and the largest operator in Sharm, the College is the standard of recreational diving in the region.

The main college building, complete with its own training facilities, bar, cafe and restaurant, sits on the beach in central Naama Bay, and cannot be missed. You will be collected at your hotel, and after being dropped to the centre, check-in and registration takes place.

A short walk away (your kit will already have been transported) is the main jetty for the day boat trips. When you dive with Red Sea College you will understand that diving with the best has its privileges – the best boats, and normally first out of the harbour too – and you will understand what we mean when you experience the hive of activity around the jetty for the first time!

Away from the stunning house reefs, Sharm offers the lot. The beautiful marine park of Ras Mohammed, and the fantastic reefs of Thomas, Gordon, Jackson and Woodhouse surrounding Tiran Island are simply perfect.

Stunning marine life on whatever dive you do, and a massive array of dives for divers at all levels from first timer to old hat. Day trips to Dunraven and Thistlegorm, and even the famous Blue Hole in nearby Dahab are all available and scheduled weekly.

Every PADI course you can imagine is available, the highest quality diving, and accompanied by true professionals. The training facilities are second to none, and being right on the beach, shore diving is a simple stroll across the sand!
