The Red Sea is a haven for scuba diving – warm, clear waters, populated by the brightest of corals and a plethora of fascinating marine life – all go together to make it one of the most popular underwater regions on the planet.

Our clients can now experience tailor made scuba diving holidays in this fantastic environment. Whether you are an experienced and qualified diver, or you are looking to learn from scratch; from the age of 8 and over, you can join the PADI world – the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.

Scuba is a sport enjoyed by hundreds of thousand of people across the globe – it is estimated that over 2 million people take an Egypt holiday to experience the amazing Red Sea waters each year – and it is one of those sports where safety is paramount, and even more important than the cost!

The local government in Egypt has worked hard over the last 12 months to make sure that safety is of the highest standards in all dive-centre operations, and have adopted European Standards and ISO certification as their benchmark. Last year alone, over 25 dive schools have been closed down for failing to meet these stringent safety levels, and this can only be excellent news for the diving industry, and for you, our Customer.

In keeping with our attitude towards providing exceptional quality, The Scuba Place have partnered with highly reputable organizations in Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, El Gouna and Taba that meet all of the necessary standards.

In Sharm El Sheikh, the name that is synonymous with excellence is Red Sea Diving College. Its sister organization, Red Sea Waterworld, is based at The Hyatt Regency and Ritz Carlton Hotels in Sharm, as well as being the principal dive centre in Taba further to the North.

In El Gouna, the very best dive centre has to be Emperor Dive Tribe, located at the stunning Moevenpick Resort and Spa hotel, and completing the premier league is Aquarius, the award winning water-sports business in Hurghada, located on the beachfront of the excellent Marriott hotel.
